Our Math Mastery Junior Enrichment Program is for students seeking a challenge to strengthen their core math skills and achieve success. Our program delves deeply into the foundations of numbers and operations, exploring concepts such as place value, factors, multiples, fractions, decimals, 2D geometry, order of operations, patterning, and measurement. Throughout the course, students develop a strong grasp of core arithmetic skills and number sense. Students are regularly evaluated through multiplication times tables and integer addition drills. Our curriculum focuses on building a solid foundation for students to succeed in middle school and beyond. Math Mastery Junior is available for grades 2-5.  Classes run twice a week for 8 months (regular program).  Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration.  

• Core Curriculum: arithmetic operations, place value, factors, multiples, fractions, decimals, 2D geometry, order of operations, patterning, measurement.  

• Problem Solving: 1982 Assignment (students must create 100 numbers using the given digits, Monthly Contortions (100 multiple choice questions assigned each month to be completed individually).  

• Drill: multiplication times tables, integer addition.  

• Assessment: unit tests, culminative task, final exam
